The process of globalization and the integration of the world have promoted the globalization of higher education. Globalization of education has a far-ranging and profound impact on almost every country and region in this world, so that it affects the development of economy, society and culture. The transnational cooperation of higher education is a long and tortuous development process. In the past ten years, as a practice of transnational higher education in China, Sino-foreign cooperative education has good development momentum and attracted lots of attention, though there are also various problems. This paper aims to clarify the relations of higher education and globalization, to analysis the essence of cooperative education and the significance for the development of higher education in china. In-depth discussion and research on Chinese foreign cooperative education from the perspective of sociology will promote the accumulation of relevant theory and enrich the theoretical connotation of higher education research.This article studies Sino foreign cooperation model in Higher Education and the globalization of education from the perspective of sociology, by the case of HND project in N university. This paper uses Bourdieu’s cultural capital theory and Wallerstein’s world-system theory as the theoretical framework, in via of in-depth interview and case analysis as the main research method, supplemented by participant observation to collect interview data. This paper introduces the actual operation and development status of HND project in N university, elaborates the HND center student’s family and academic background, why and how them enter the project, their study and life experience in such a Sino foreign cooperation mode, their self cognition, how them design and plan their own life and the future, and how to evaluate their own learning and life experience.Through a series of detailed description, analysis and summary, this paper tries to explain the micro and macro significance of Sino-foreign cooperative education mode and to reveal the effect for HND project students, their culture reproduction and higher occupation education China, to explore essential characteristics of this project in the context of globalization and the world system. To interpret under the "global village" the "world system", how Sino foreign cooperation education can be possible.In the end, the following conclusions are drawn:Firstly, to some degree, a kind of capitalist spiritual temperament and value concept can be shown from the HND center students. Secondly, such spiritual temperament of the HND students’originates from their family and school. Thirdly, the conduct of HND project in China has its significance. As a supplement of diversified education, it has promoted the position of higher vocational education to some extent, and has enriched the education choices for domestic students. A more important conclusion is that from sociological perspective, the phenomenon of relying on and converging with the superficial education globalization and integration, happens in a quiet and unequal way under the world system What Wallerstein has pointed out is a capitalist world-system, that is, it is an unequal world-system, where the capitalist world economy will expand its boundary. As the study object, HND students are those individuals with capitalist personalities. Because of the influence from their families and study experiences in middle and high schools, via elder generations’reproduction, HND students initially has possessed the embodied cultural capital, namely values of capitalist spirit. And after cultivation of HND project in N university, such personality has been technically strengthened in a wider extent. So far, with powerful state machine as its support, core area unknowingly has completed the penetration of educational output and capitalist values to semi-periphery area, which will bring education services of semi-periphery area into the capitalist world economic system and make them more similar. As embodied capital, the capitalist spirit has become a kind of international personality in the development of education globalization. At the level of "globalization" and "world- system", what is named as "international" is becoming a genuine existence.
