With the development of educational informationization,the new application of information technology continue to create and promote in the field of education.Flipped Classroom is a product of modern information technology in education method.The birth of Flipping Classroom,changed the traditional teaching structure,it pays more attention to the "student-oriented",and let students learn independently under the information technology resources provided by teachers,and attach importance to the cultivation of students' innovative ability.With the experts and scholars and all kinds of educational institutions at all levels of the high attention and research on Flipped Classroom,the depth and breadth of the study of the flipped classroom theory has been deepened,and the application of the flipped classroom in the educational practice has achieved good results.Nowadays,Flipped Classroom has been widely practice and application at home and abroad,and it has gradually matured.This study analyzesthe domestic and foreign research status of flipped classroom and related concepts,and this paper makes an investigation and analysis on the present situation of science curriculum in primary school by using the methods of literature analysis,classroom observation and questionnaire survey,and analyzes the present situation of science curriculum teaching in primary school.This paper analyzes and refines the process and elements of the science flipped classroom based on "investigation and colloquium",will be based on "investigation and colloquium" in the primary school science flipped classroom is divided into three categories: pre-class independent inquiry,classroom inquiry research and after-class development and deepening,and constructs the flow chart of science flipped classroom teaching design based on "investigation and colloquium",and puts forward the corresponding application principles.Analysis of the science curriculum standard,and analysis on the content of science curriculum in Qingdao primary school by reference to the relevant provisions of the basic education curriculum reform,and design the case of science flipped classroom teaching design case based on the "investigation and colloquium".Teaching practice in a primary school in Rizhao,it combined with the characteristics of "investigation and colloquium" teaching method and the concept of flipped classroom,and based on "investigation and colloquium" in the primary school science flipped classroom teaching design flow,and the course of science was recorded in the micro-teaching video,and the independent learning task was designed and implemented in the grade three or four of primary school,teaching practice found that it improved the learning interest of science curriculum is very helpful by use of "investigation and colloquium" in the primary school science flipped classroom teaching for students.It can promote the formation of students' scientific concept,and it has a significant effect on students' scientific inquiry ability and information literacy and has a certain guiding role in the development of students' scientific behavior and habits.At the same time,it also found that some questions,for example the students' self-learning ability is limited,the learning method is passive,and the teaching resources are insufficient and so on.Finally,the application of flipped classroom teaching effect is analyzed through the questionnaire and self-evaluation.
