The classroom is a complex social system which is composed of teachers, students, teaching environment posed. Classroom, teaching and management of the three has a close relationship. In modern education, the classroom is the main way for the students to acquire knowledge. Students spend time in the classroom to occupy a significant proportion of their time in school. Classroom management is the basis of education and protection. Successful classroom management affect the effectiveness of classroom teaching directly. And classroom management will have a direct impact on the development of individual pace and level. Therefore classroom management should fit the physical and mental development of students. Proper classroom management methods and management strategies provide a theoretical basis for effective classroom management. every teacher requires to explore effective classroom management methods and management skills in continuous practice. How to manage classroom effectively is a major challenge for us. Therefore, we should use a new idea to study the effectiveness of primary school classroom managementFirst, the author outlines the research topics about primary meaning of the effectiveness of classroom management, features and theoretical basis. Secondly, the author uses case analysis, in the form of literature study, questionnaire, classroom observation, etc. The classroom management is based on humanistic philosophy which is reflected in the effectiveness of direction, a new understanding of Jinzhou City Matsuyama Elementary Classroom Management Area the status quo. And the existence of problem behavior, such as classroom teachers mismanagement, teaching in a single form, and the teachers ’ insufficient attention to classroom management issues and so on. We should analyse the underlying factors that affect classroom management. Based on above analysis, we can fundamentally change the status quo elementary classroom management methods and strategies, proposed the implementation of primary school classroom management effectiveness in four standardized classroom management, optimize classroom environment, proper handling and enhance students’ classroom behavior of self-management tactics. We can address classroom management problems in the implementation process, make effective classroom management and promote the overall development of students to form a truly effective classroom management.
