Study Of Management Effectiveness In Primary And Secondary Schools

Management effectiveness plays key role in school development. Not only does it directly affect the whole management level and effectiveness of a school, but also it affects teachers' quality and affects whether students can enter a good school after graduation. It provides feasibility with school development. Improvement of management effectiveness can effectively help primary and junior school building good brand and attract student studying here. This thesis combs articles and books about connotation and ways of improving management effectiveness. It also combs the core contents of Total Quality Management (TQM). Use material collection method, observational method and systematic analysis method to study the ways of improving school management effectiveness based on TQM.I. Analyze the basic essences that include three aspects. The first one is whole involvement. It includes all customers inside and outside school. They are the main body performing school management. The second aspect is customer-focus. It takes customers' requirement as the direction. To meet the requirement from customers can improve school management effectiveness. The last aspect is continuous improvement. Improvement of school management effectiveness is a process of continuous improvement. It ensures meeting the various demands from customers.II. Build frame of improving school management effectiveness. This frame is composed of the following three aspects. Firstly, advance management specialization. Administrators should know how to handle time and acquire results of management. School takes advantage of making decision. Try to train more administrators for forming efficient system. Secondly, build converse triangle organization structure. It benefits for bringing democracy into play. Thirdly, form effective management assessment system. It is the key way to ensure school effectiveness improvement.
