In recent years, primary and middle school students overall quality appraisal problems caused the attention of the society. As a new evaluation mechanism to measure the comprehensive development of the students, comprehensive quality evaluation of the full implementation of quality education, promote basic education course reform deeply, improve teaching quality of school education and promote students is of great significance to the growth and development in an all-round way. Based on the system in this paper, the students’ comprehensive quality evaluation, on the basis of relevant theories and concepts in university city people’s primary school, for example, to explore the practice of the current reform in the elementary student overall quality appraisal. This research mainly includes the following several parts:The first part: introduction. First determine the institute to study, through a large number of literature data collection, analysis, clear the purpose of this study, significance, content and research methods.The second part: the elementary student overall quality appraisal theory research. The first is to lay the theoretical foundation of man’s all-round development theory, the theory of multiple intelligences, developmental evaluation theory. Next to the elementary student overall quality appraisal content defined; Finally, the elementary student overall quality appraisal principle and method is discussed.The third part: the elementary student overall quality appraisal based on the case study. This part is the focus of this article, the first is primary school students overall quality appraisal to the university town people plan formulation background, curriculum integration, four quotient education idea and of the investigation of the status quo of the students’ comprehensive quality for comprehensive quality evaluation scheme formulation provides a good platform, secondly, on the basis of this platform, the school made the evaluation of the current scheme.The fourth part: the elementary student overall quality appraisal evaluation scheme of reflection and the suggestion. Mainly discusses two problems: First, the problems existing in the elementary student overall quality appraisal of reflection; Second, the elementary student overall quality appraisal Suggestions.The fifth part: conclusion. Through exploring class changes under the background of theory and practice of the elementary student overall quality appraisal research, promote the process of new curriculum reform; To improve the traditional education evaluation theory system; To seek the theory of developmental evaluation mechanism and enrich the overall quality of education evaluation theory, provide reference for the elementary student overall quality appraisal practice.
