After a new round of middle school new curriculum reform, curriculum standard and teaching goal have some corresponding changes. The key of the curriculum standards are promoting the students’ scientific literacy and cultivating the students’ ability of practice. We attach importance to all the students to learn basic knowledge, at the same time, the individual differences, aptitude, hobbies and interests of students are also need to be considered specially. With respecting to diversity and creating more possible choice in teaching idea, the goal of educational equality and democracy will be realized in an even better fashion. It embodies the selectivity and adaptability to the students but also the view of teaching students in accordance of their aptitude in new curriculum reform. In curriculum training plan, it shows that curriculum should adopt the organizational form of required module and elective module starting at the same time. On the basis of mastering the basic knowledge, according to the different interest and the ability of practice and the knowledge structure, the students can take some other different courses. Meanwhile, unified curriculum management system is divided into three-level curriculum management system by educational department. Exactly, the state,local and school make curriculum implementation jointly. For this reason, each curriculum reform experimental area established the exam instruction and exam project that is suitable for the development of the provincial education, on the basis of the exam outline made by the ministry of education.In 2003, the ministry of education enacted the Common curriculum scheme(experimental)and the Ordinary high school physics course standard(experimental).Following, each curriculum reform experimental area entering into new physics college entrance examination. And that, test module is increased by the elective test module based on the original compulsory module of the physics test questions. On this background, the elective test module in physics college entrance examination paper nearly five years of curriculum reform experimental provinces Shandong, Jiangsu,Fujian, Hainan is took as the research object in this paper. Combined with the each province exam instruction, this paper mainly study the question type, testing centre distribution, score, frequency of occurrences in the physics elective test module as well as structure analysis of the corresponding knowledge in the teaching material 3-3, 3-4,3-5. Consequently, it will provide reliable suggestions for the teaching of physicselective textbook.This paper adopt literature reviewing, questionnaire survey, method of statistical analysis and method of comparative analysis.The first part of this paper mainly summarizes and analysis of the existing research results of the new curriculum reform in High School and the influence of new curriculum reform to the college entrance examination. The second part mainly discusses the process of the evolution of new curriculum reform. The third part explains the influence of physical elective test module to the realistic teaching on physics elective textbook after the new curriculum reform.The fourth part statistical analyzes the characteristics of question type and testing centre distribution of the physics elective test module in physics college entrance test paper nearly five years of curriculum reform experimental provinces Shandong, Jiangsu,Fujian, Hainan, and analyzes the corresponding structure and knowledge in physics elective textbook. Finally, it summarizes the research achievements of this paper and reflects its shortcomings.
