The Ministry of Education to develop a "compulsory music curriculum standards"(2011 edition) is promulgated in 2001, "the Compulsory music curriculum standards"(trial version) modification and improvement, has also been referred to as the "New Standard." It fully learned the lessons and experiences of compulsory education curriculum reform, to better reflect the national education policy. New Curriculum clear that the "music-oriented, people-centered" A fundamental principle of music teaching. The main task of music education is to enable students to master basic skills and knowledge of music theory at the same time, students feel the appreciation of beauty and creativity. "Music" Teaching is an effective way to train students in creativity, innovation, and has a very important position in music education in primary and secondary schools.
