Agricultural modernization is the key link of socialist modernization construction.Full-time master of agriculture degree is the main source of high-level agricultural talents as a professional master's degree in cultivating agricultural talents.Professional ability is weak,low quality training is the bottleneck problem for a long time plagued the development of full-time master of agriculture.How to strengthen the full-time agricultural master's professional ability and improve the quality of training to meet the needs of agricultural modernization and break through the development bottleneck in the new period,which is a high-level agriculture and agricultural talents training important task.This paper uses the questionnaire method and the interview method to investigate the training mode of the full-time master of agriculture of Guangxi University.It is found that cultivate talents and business needs convergence Poor,students have less professional ability,which cannot satisfy the need of agricultural modernization and rural development.The specific performance as the training goal is unclear,the career orientation is unknown;the theory and practice is imblance in curriculum,lack of professional characteristics;Professional practice is not in place,affecting students'professional ability to generate;quality assessment system is not perfect,affecting the follow-up training and other issues,and use of collaborative theory analysis the role of universities,government,enterprises in full-time master of agriculture training,and points out the conflict between the enterprise and the university training goal,the government actively supports the guide and the contradiction between the passive participation of enterprises.the contradiction between the macro-expectation of the government and the specific training of the university,and the conflict between the individual ability cultivation of the university students and the scientific research goal.The background of the complexity of the students professional background has led to the lack of learning motivation,the contradiction between the traditional academic training and the application of the ability of training.The contradiction between Off-campus tutor job is busy no time to guide students and the students desire to guide lead to the full-time agricultural master's professional ability is low,which can not adapt to the main reasons for the needs of agricultural modernization.And then to enhance the professional ability to improve the quality of training as the main line,learn from the American Agricultural Master training advanced experience,try to build a vocational ability-oriented,universities,government,enterprises and colleges and universities to cultivate the main interaction within the collaborative talent training model so that colleges and universities,enterprises,governments in-depth participation in full-time agricultural master training objectives set,enrollment enrollment,curriculum teaching,professional practice,quality evaluation and other links,and in all links with each other,actively cooperate to reduce each other's contradictions and conflicts To achieve the purpose of improving the quality of training to meet the needs of agricultural modernization and application of complex talents.
