A Study On Employment Performance Of University Graduates In Viet Nam

Under the background of deepening economic reform, social ransformation, the socialist market economic system and the process of globalization, the values of college students, especially the Vietnamese Dccupation values, have a new transformation. The understanding of the administration on the changes and characteristics of university graduates bccupation values in Vietnam is very important. However, the government does not pay enough attention to the occupation values education of college students in Vietnam, which lead to many universities and academic scholars pay less attention to this problem. Occupation walues directly affect the evaluation of college students occupation, the pccupation choice and occupation value orientation, which have a guiding ole for the occupation career. At present, the employment problem in Vietnam has become a hot issue; the government has always given ttention and guidance to the employment problem of College students, lowever, the employment performance of consideration is very little from the occupation values perspective. Understanding the impacts of bccupation values on employment performance and the characteristics and situation of occupation values, a reasonable education will be given n order to help college students establish the correct occupation values and improve the employment performance. Government can make appropriate adjustments in the policy and system of college students’ nanagement employment and the occupation values education of college students, avoiding confusion in the understanding of occupation value and employment difficulties, improving college students’ employment performance.Through the study of a large number of literature analyses and make questionnaire survey,405 university graduates were selected as the esearch sample. Data were analyzed by using SPSS software, and the nain result was get. At present, the university graduates occupation value and employment performance in Vietnam is the middle level. There were a significant positive correlation between occupation prestige and employment process performance and results performance. From the esearch results help college students’universities and government in Vietnam put forward the suggestions and opinions. Through this study, he occupation values and employment performance theory of college students in Vietnam will be enriched, the suggestions on improving ollege students’occupation education value can be put forward, the successful employment and employment performance of university graduates also will be improved.
