| This study used survey research methods,investigated the professor-graduate relationship in NWSUAF and analyzed the main problems existing in professor-graduate relationship and causes of the problem.Based on survey results, build a some practical strategies for professors and graduates.The results of the study showed that the relationship between professors and graduates in NWSUAF is better in general, the relationship between the majority of instructors and graduate was harmony. But there were three problems: the relationship was becoming more and more utilitarian, indifferent,the ethical relationship was becoming more and more rigid. The main causes of the problem there are four aspects: First, the current education technology rationalism flooding, contact instructors and graduate students to become technology, mechanization, instrumental; the second is the absence of teachers and students ideas. Traditional friendly relationship did not function well, but the new "democratic equality" teacher-student relationship has not been formed, the absence of teacher-student relationship makes the concept of the reality of the lack of necessary reference. Third is misplaced postgraduate training mode, mentoring imperfections lead to phenomenon of neglecting the ability training occurs. The forth is,form the aspect of individual graduates and professors, the learning motivation of graduates is becoming more and more utilitarian.The professors ignore the responsibility of themselves.Finally, this study presents practical strategies to build a good teacher-student relationship: First, build a science advocate for graduate training, devotion to science education non-utilitarian atmosphere, making graduate education in a non-utilitarian environment commence; the second is corrected the neglecting of graduates training.perfect mentor system, corrected the "scientific guidance" in the teacher evaluation system, prompting his mentor the focus shifted to the guidance for the students. Construction of student exchange platform to promote the exchange of graduate students and teachers more in-depth exchanges. Third, from the individual aspects, the tutor’s should clear his own responsibility and constantly improve their own guidance levels; graduate students to correct their attitude towards learning, doing research planning during the university and career planning, learning to avoid blind speculation; graduate students also to take the initiative and mentor exchange, exchange and mentors from constantly upgrading themselves. |
