| With the implementation of the curriculum-reform schemes, the three-level curriculum management of nation-district-school arouses more and more attention of experts and teachers. Since the national curriculum pattern is broken, schools take students’ interest into consideration while implementing the national and local curriculum, in order to flexibly choose suitable curriculum resources for their own development. At the same time they take active part in the construction of school-based curriculum. Based on Luoyang’s culture, this thesis explores the development of Chinese curriculum resource, providing information for students to learn and promote the culture of Luoyang City. This study tries to broaden the approach of studying Chinese as well as provides significant exploration for schools in Luoyang under the construction of school-based curriculum.Luoyang, with a long history, rich cultural heritage and graceful natural scenery, has a variety resources and great potential for the development of school-based curriculum. Chinese language course is not only the teaching of language but reflects the humanistic features as well. The thesis explores all the suitable resources for the construction of Chinese curriculum from three perspectives: disseminating the brilliant Chinese culture, embodying the local features and cultivating students’ aesthetic ability.In the implementation of school-based curriculum, Chinese language curriculum and its features should be clarified in order to find the principles and methods for exploiting and using the curriculum. By analysis of specific cases, it provides references for the implementation of three-level curriculum management. With the culture of Luoyang put into Chinese language teaching, it enriches the contents and methods on one hand; on the other hand, it helps to expand students’ thinking and improve autonomous cooperation as well as the ability of exploring problems. At the same time, it improves the ability of comprehensive use of Chinese language. During the learning process, students can get a full understanding of the culture and have a sense of culture heritage, which in turn strengthens their love for school, hometown as well as their patriotism. |
