The class is an important environment for the development of students, and it is a micro society. The students can achieve social development through the learning activities and interaction. The construction of the class culture is one component part of the construction of the school culture and it is one of the approaches to cultivating the students’ all-round development. The core of the construction of the class culture is to establish the concept system, to make the class culture meet the need of quality-oriented education and to accommodate the need of harmonious society construction and the students’ development of personality. During the 12 years’ practice of the class teacher, the author is always devoting herself to the construction of the class culture.
