Since the 1990 s,with the rise of education reform based on curriculum standards,the academic evaluation and the research of curriculum standards’ consistency has caused the attention of many scholars.The foreign scholar has made great progress in the research of academic evaluation and curriculum standards’ consistency and develop a variety of evaluation model. Webb analysis mode, Achieve analysis mode and SEC analysis mode have widely used.China formally implemented education reform based on curriculum standards in2001.According to the common curriculum standards, our country published several versions of textbooks and has a contending phenomenon.In terms of academic evaluation, our country has mainly taken the form of pen and paper exams to test students. The most important and most authoritative academic evaluation test is the annual college entrance examination in June.College entrance examination in china is based on the same curriculum standards,but many provinces take the form of a separate proposition and exam content is different.while, Entrance Examination test in different provinces whether it is consistent with the curriculum standards?Dose the questions reflect the curriculum standards? What is the level of the questions to reflect the requirements?Domestic experts and scholars have made research of the consistency between College Entrance Examination and curriculum standards in different provinces since 2004.In this paper, I make a research of chemistry test in the College Entrance Examination from 2011 to 2014 in four years of Sichuan Province.I used SEC analysis model to analyze the consistency between the questions and the curriculum standards over the years.The research carries on the elaboration from following five parts :The first part: Ask questions, discusses the research background, purpose and meaning, Determines content, methods, ideas and procedures of research.I made a detailed analysis about domestic and foreign research background,thus,I got the reasons, the purpose and significance of research between the College Entrance Examination and curriculum standards’ consistency.I have clarified further the main content, ideas, methods, and have define the related concepts.The second part: A summary of research about the "the research of chemical test in College Entrance Examination " and " examination and curriculum standards’ consistency" was finished.The first aspect is only for the study of the College Entrance Examination, from the perspective of qualitative or quantitative to study questions for one or more years.The second aspect of study has the elaboration of both overall consistency.The third part:There are a theoretical foundation of research.In this study, I use "SEC analysis mode" of the United States, and Bloom target classification theory.The fourth part: A research was made about the consistency between curriculum standards and test of College Entrance Examination by making a two-dimensional coding to the curriculum standards and chemistry test of College Entrance Examination in Sichuan Province.The consistency between them was analysed by consistency analysis tools, the charts and the two-dimensional surface plot.The fifth part: The conclusions, reflection and prospects of the research has been concluded.By studying I get the following conclusions:1,Consistency coefficient is an average of 0.441 between the curriculum standards and chemistry test of College Entrance Examination in Sichuan Province, There are not having significant consistency in statistics between them. 2,There is a big difference between them in content and the coverage of the content of the questions is lower. 3,In terms of the cognitive level,they are basically the same.simultaneously,This paper also analyzes the factors affecting the consistency,make accordingly recommendations, and make plans for future research and research methods.
