With the fast growth of economy,China has always needed more high-skilled talents to promote the development of the society since the reform and opening up.To assure the fulfillment of these needs,the government has to devote a lot of human,material and financial resources to develop vocational education.But the real problem that needed to be resolved is the rise in student numbers has not been matched by an increase in teaching staff.So in China,parts of higher vocational college use the conditions of running a school and professional development as the points and recruit part-time teachers from many different sources in order to take the place of the full-time teachers.However,to ensure the school has a more rational structure of the teaching staff,the part-time teachers needed to be managed and take part in teaching reform so that the part-time teachers become the important part of the teacher in the higher vocational colleges.This paper is based on the relevant policy research of the construction of part-time teachers to investigate the management of part-time teachers in Jiujiang Vocational University and makes some practical suggestions on the problems,so that the paper can provide practical reference on the part-time teachers' employment,teaching management,assessment and so on.Through study of Jiujiang Vocational University,the problems of the building of part-time teachers are founded,then according to the problems,we can analyze them and find out the idea that can solve them.In the end,the author hopes that the paper can provide practical reference on the part-time teachers' employment,teaching management,assessment and so on.
