The Research And Application Of Analysis Of Technology In The Enterprise Digital Learning

At present, with the sustainable development and application of information technology, education model change greatly, more and more people come into the field of online learning through the network. Especially in the E-learning field of enterprise, resulting in a large number of data, the analysis of how to use these data effectively, and then promote the effectiveness of online learning has became a urgent need to study to enterprise, this problem can be solved by E-learning. Study analysis technology is a way to solve these problems, the technique to analyze the online learning data from network through different methods of analysis.In this study, we take the Network University of industrial and Commercial Bank of China’s online learning courses for example, through access to a large amount of data produced in the process of students’ learning in network university online, using the method of combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis of all kinds of data. Through the analysis of the network university, has targeted to carry out online course learning, in order to achieve a better learning effect of training. The main research methods including literature research method, action research method, survey method, case analysis method and logical analysis method. The main contents are as follows:(1) Combing the learning analysis technology related knowledge and the research situation at home and abroad.(2) the analysis of application technology in the enterprise’s E-learning field. Mainly introduces the educational data mining in the enterprise E-learning in network application value, common technologies and the main tools, data sources and model construction, the learning process of data mining, based on user perspective technology application from five aspects;(3) Analysis of practical technology in the E-learning in enterprises,analysis of Online Training Network University of industrial and Commercial Bank of China and its examination based on learning, mainly introduces the typical application of typical model and study analysis of technology learning analysis technique for data mining in training online ICBC network in Universities in the online training course in;(4) Corporate E-learning educational data mining problems and development tendency of mainly introduced the development trend of the current problem in future.
