21st century is a high-tech era that marked by information technology, andknowledge economy. In this era, the demand for talent standard gets higher andhigher. Knowledge and ability will be the necessary capital to be survival in the era ofknowledge economy. It is a huge challenge for todays primary and secondary schoolstudents,as21st century "digital natives".With the advent of information society, one-to-one digital learning in Chinacauses the reform of teaching and learning. Primary and secondary school studentsin key stage need to accept new knowledge and develop new skills. One-to-onedigital learning is good to promoting the all-round development of the students andthe cultivation of autonomous learning ability. However, how does one-to-onee-learning affect the ability of the students in the form of training? How to evaluatesuch effects? When communicated with teachers in the project, I found that thisquestion also confused them. Moreover, Intel research on education reform,assessment team which I joined to is committed to concluding a scale of assessment,research. According to their content, I determined to choose the thesis.I started with literature research method, analyzing reading related literatureat home and abroad for one-to-one digital learning research. I collected a great dealof experience teaching case, through long-term classroom observations andinterviews from one-to-one digital research environment of school teaching practice.Selected many cases that more relevant to the present study to carry out a detailedanalysis and content analysis. I hope this study can provide reference for Inteleducation reform research.
