| The author read undergraduate course and master for 7 years, many times on behalf of the state and school to participate in outdoor sports nearly field at home and abroad, in the process, although the outdoor sports clubs in China is developing fast, but there are many system is not sound. contact a lot of outdoor sports club, in the process of writing, the author read a lot of outdoor sports club references at home and abroad, and in 2014 the national outdoor sports club at the annual meeting of questionnaires, the integrated use of statistical analysis software SPSS and EXCEL software to the questionnaire, but also a great deal of field investigation. In this paper, through analyzing the characteristics of the current outdoor sports club existing development, build a suitable evaluation index funds management control of outdoor sports clubs in China. Against China’s official registration of 3 types of different grades, different stage of development of outdoor sports club comparative analysis, calculated the outdoor sports club cash management control evaluation index of the final research results, this is also in this paper, we study the innovation place.(1) The evaluation index, outdoor sports club cash management control is mainly composed of capital income and capital management and control of two parts. Through the establishment of evaluation index system, find out various outdoor sports club cash management control problems.(2) To establish the club cash management control evaluation standard, index of the standard is divided into four levels, first level for the outdoor sports club start-up phase, the second grade for outdoor sports club growth stage, the third level for outdoor sports club in mature stage, the fourth grade for perfecting the outdoor sports club.(3) Case study results show that the AAA rating registered club is 82.50, the integrated evaluation in the evaluation index system of 4 money management control stage, is close to the standard peak, all the data indicates that the registration of outdoor sports club cash management control is good, sound business management mode; AA grade registered club for 63.99 points, the integrated evaluation in the third grade of money management control maturity stage, show that the type of registration of outdoor sports club in accordance with the established management goal development, cash management control mode is relatively scientific and perfect, the income increases year by year, but from the capital management control, as well as the corresponding lack; A-level registered club for 52.23 points, the integrated evaluation in secondary fund management control growth stage, the outdoor sports club management goal is clear, gradually formalization management control mode, but the income from capital and capital management control has many shortcomings.(4) Finally, the author in today’s China outdoor sports club in financial control for the healthy and sustainable development put forward reasonable Suggestions, in order to promote the all-round development of outdoor sports clubs in China. |
