Population structure,especially the age structure of population is the core of China's population problem.China's family planning policy is executed in the last century,played a decisive role in controlling the excessively rapid growth of the population.And after entering the 21st century,China's population appeared serious aging,low fertility rate in some areas,sex ratio is not balanced between men and women and so on,especially in the northeast region,Liaoning province as the"eldest son " of the People's Republic of China,even the negative growth of population in recent years.Population structure and regional economic development have a close relationship,they are mutual influence.The population problem in the increasingly severe period,the corresponding economic development in Liaoning Province are facing difficulties and challenges.Area of Liaoning province in 2015 GDP grew by 3%,less than the national average 3.9%,economic growth slowed down significantly,governrnment debt,pension gap risk coexistence,increased risk of tightening the financial.According to the first quarter of this year's GDP data show that economic growth in the three northeastern provinces bottom again,while the economic growth in Liaoning Province is only-1.3%,is the only quarter of the country's real economic growth in negative growth areas,the same period in 2015 is 1.9%Population problems have also greatly restricted the economic developmentAt first,this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of population structure in liaoning province,dividing the population structure into 5 parts,they are sex structure of population structure,age structure,cultural structure,industrial structure,population urban and rural structure.Building a person level structure model,and economic development and social development together,the formation of economic and social development system.By combining analysis,found that the population structure of liaoning province overall situation development level is not high,population growth rate is low in recent years,the aging problem is serious,the urban population proportion is on the high side.And China's population policy appeared significant changes during this period,from the strict "one child",to "separate two foetuses" until "comprehensive second child",in this context,the population structure of liaoning province is bound to face the new situation,this article further data for health and family planning committee of liaoning province of liaoning province after the "comprehensive second child"newborn children increment is calculated.Second,by combining analytic hierarchy process and grey correlation analysis method to build the population structure and coupling analysis model of regional economic and social development.Collecting population structure of the four groups of data in different periods in liaoning province,on the use of analytic hierarchy process,based on the population structure of each substructure within the regional economic and social system on different influence degree of different indexes,weights are calculated respectively,the analysis precision is improved.Again,through the analysis of the coupling has built a model to calculate the population structure and regional economic and social development of the coupling between the various indicators.Comparative analysis of four groups of data in different periods under different index of the coupling degree of difference,and the"comprehensive two foetuses" policy under the new population situation analysis,draw the size of the "comprehensive two foetuses" policy influence factors.Finally,in view of the coupling analysis of population structure and regional economic and social development in liaoning province,the problems existing in the of liaoning province on population,economic and social aspects of macroeconomic regulation and control countermeasures are put forward.
