Study On The Improvement Of The Professionalservice Ability Of Elderly Community Volunteers Involved In Social Work

Old people have many advantages in voluntary service,which is manifested in abundant time,economic conditions and physical conditions.The scale of old people participating in voluntary service in urban areas has been preliminarily formed.However,due to the lack of knowledge and skills of most of the elderly volunteers to participate in volunteer service,the capacity to volunteer is insufficient.The author starts from the aspects of social work theory,social work mode and social work skills,combined with the practice of elderly volunteers in the community to participate in volunteer service,so as to improve the service ability of elderly volunteers in the community.This article P community as the research site,with the community elderly volunteers as an example,using the method of participatory observation,based on the advantage theory perspective,the community elderly volunteer team professional ability and their own role in the growth of demand analysis,the advantage of more resources into the team work,guided by social workers and community service volunteers to raise their ability,better service to volunteer to help.This paper studies the influence of group work on the improvement of volunteers' professional ability and puts forward some strategies to help the growth and development of volunteer groups and volunteer services.This paper consists of six parts.The first part is the introduction,which systematically discusses the research background,significance and purpose of volunteer service,as well as the research methods and ideas,as well as domestic and foreign research literature.The second part introduces the definition of related concepts and working methods.The concept of the elderly volunteers and the elderly volunteer service ability,as well as the inevitability of the elderly volunteers' service ability improvement when social work is involved in community volunteer service.The third part is the present situation,analysis and scheme design of the professional service ability of the elderly volunteers in community P.The fourth part introduces the improvement of professional service ability brought by group work participation in professional service of community elderly volunteers.According to the estimated needs and problems,service goals and plans are made to improve the level of professional volunteer service of volunteers,so as to better help and help themselves.The fifth part is the conclusion and summary of the above contents,as well as relevant Suggestions.Through social work practice,group work canindeed help improve the ability of community elderly volunteers to volunteer professional services.Help us to understand the improvement of the professional volunteer service ability of the elderly volunteers,and solve various problems in the volunteer service process of the elderly in the community.
