Dong farmer paints as guangxi autonomous region non-material cultural heritage, mainly concentrated in sanjiang dong autonomous county in guangxi. In recent years, the local art education workers full development and utilization of the fine arts curriculum resources with local characteristics of the arts and culture value, presenting a farmer paints of amorous feelings of dong ethnic group apply to the education of fine arts teaching, makes the fine arts curriculum resources has been very good development and utilization. Both enrich the teaching content, injected fresh energy to the curriculum reform, and protecting and inheriting regional culture. Therefore, improving the national curriculum to the limitations of different regional economic and cultural aspects, to form a "national, local and school" of the trinity of regional school management system conducive to play their own advantages, can meet the needs of different students’ individual development, help students establish a fine art of learning interest and love of hometown feelings, promote the inheritance and development of the local culture.Dong farmer paints the development and utilization of resources of guangxi, the article is divided into five parts, chapter four to complete, are:The first part is the introduction, is introduced in this paper, the research content, the guangxi sanjiang farmer paints in basic art education in the origin, meaning and research process of the application and briefly analyzes the present situation and research methods. The second part Outlines the sanjiang dong farmer paints. From the origin and lineage, rich regional culture and ornamental characteristics, to gain an understanding of sanjiang farmer paints. The third part of the curriculum resources, the fine arts curriculum resources concept and its classification are summarized, and its associated with local teaching reform, do theory foreshadowing for the later teaching practice. The fourth part through field investigation on the present situation of introducing the basic art education, the problems were analyzed, and draw experience from farmer paints an expert teaching, broaden the train of thought for the specific teaching practice.
