Since 2012, MOOC appears as the digital tsunami and caused the attention of all walks of life around the world. It is definitely the biggest impact for higher education. At first, some scholars have sensibility that MOOC will replace the traditional higher education, even lead to become tutoring class. Nowadays, with the deepening of research, it entered the stage of MOOC response rationally gradually. People more focus on the core values of MOOC, and it bring changes to the higher education. Facing the MOOC storm, what should we do for the reform of college teaching? For this, conduct the study.This research according to the theory of social conflict, deeper integration theory, connective learning theory, behaviorism learning theory and new constructivism theory, mainly adopts the literature research method, interview method and case analysis method. First of all, give the related literature review at home and abroad by the literature research method so that understand the advantages and shortage of predecessors’ research. Secondly, point out the problems and reasons in the teaching of undergraduate course in colleges and universities by the interview method. Thirdly, elaborate the direction of the reform and meet resistance from the value orientation of the reform of college teaching and positioning in the MOOC storm by case analysis method, as well as the challenges and changes which MOOC caused to key elements of college teaching. Finally, put forward the strategies of the reform of college teaching based on the above discussion and analysis and some colleges and universities reform cases.The main conclusions of this study are as follows: firstly, the problems existing in the teaching of undergraduate course in colleges and universities are: the teaching content is old, teaching material quality is low; the traditional teaching method do not match the new times; the interaction is little between teachers and students and the students participation is low; teaching evaluation subject is single, evaluation methods need to be perfect. Secondly, the main value orientation of reform of college teaching in MOOC storm, from a macro point of view, it should be people-oriented, while it should be student-centered in the teaching, specifically: When making the talents training goal of colleges and universities, emphasizing the docking with the international, reflect knowledge center, competency center and the value of the center for international education goals, and pay attention to general education and students’ humanities cultivated manners, advocate personalized education and so on. Thirdly, MOOC challenge to key elements of college teaching and reform mainly displays in: on the aspect of the transition between teachers and students, the teacher is into a MOOC planners and organizers of teaching, while the students is into learning discoverer and participants; On the teaching resources, we should improve the quality of human resources and non-human resources; On the teaching mode, the changing from the traditional face-to-face to the combination of face-to-face and online teaching methods; On the teaching evaluation, change from a single evaluation subject and evaluation methods into diversified evaluation subject and diversified evaluation methods. Fourthly, the reform of college teaching strategy in the MOOC storm are: updating the teaching idea through that students set learning goals with the help of their teachers in order to arouse their learning initiative; Implementation of universities alliance mechanism, construction MOOC course; Using reverse course and blended teaching model; Build MOOC team and using data analysis technology in order to perfect the MOOC teaching management scientization and so on.
