Nowadays the knowledge economy has just beginning. The high quality of human resources is particularly critical. To meet the arrival of the new era, it is necessary to cultivate high-quality talent, adapting to the progress and the development of education. To cultivate high-quality talents, it is necessary to deepen the education reform, excavating person’s creative potential. The teachers shoulder the task of training high quality talents. So teachers in the teaching process, in addition to pay attention to guiding students to systematically learn scientific and cultural knowledge, should also pay attention to the cultivation of students’ creative thinking ability.The classroom teaching should conform to the requirements which era gives to the talents, complete the target of teaching and achieve good teaching effect. Teaching innovation is the most important way.Because the teachers always use a way of thinking to cognize and comprehend teaching. The difference of the way of thinking will make the difference of the cognition and comprehension to teaching. Teaching will benefit from scientific way of thinking, on the other hand, the backward thinking mode will hinder teacher’s teaching. The traditional logic can’t explain the complexity and connection with each other. So changing the way of thinking is an important part of the success of the innovation of curriculum.Good teaching thought can help teachers using various methods to engaged in teach activity, but bad teaching thought will restrict the choice of teaching behavior. If the teaching effect is weakened, the teaching practice will also be restricted and unable to go further. The simplicity, linear and objection of teaching thought determine that teachers will adopt single, static, binary, linear position to think about and solve various problems in teaching process. Although it is helpful for students to form rule consciousness and get indirect experience efficiently and revolve simple problems quickly. However, traditional way of thinking has not fully adapted to the request of the era of knowledge and the promotion of teaching innovation. Today, the complexity of society has been different, only qualified learners can have the opportunity to enter advantage orbit. They can allow their development adapting the need of social changes, and also can achieve good mental state.Nature is using chaotic to create new entitles and events all the time,. In the mid 20th century, the study of chaotic by natural scientists reveals the secrets of chaotic, and convey such a thought that people live in a world in chaos every time to the people at the same time.. Although the research and application of chaos is more and more wide in natural science, the chaos in the real meaning of individual and society is just beginning to be excavated. Except direct application, the scientific though in scientific theory influences the individual and society as a metaphor. Chaos theory, though cannot be directly applied in the field of social science, the meaning of chaos theory is to be reckoned with as a metaphor. As an individual in the society, people is connected with society, nature and thoughts all the time, which influence the life of people by various ways. The individual in the complex giant system is feeling the chaos in different levels.From the perspective of chaos theory, at present teachers teaching thinking are influenced by Laplace complex, impeding the development of teacher’s teaching thinking and producing adverse effect to teaching. This paper is divided into five parts of teacher’s teaching thinking innovation is discussed from chaos theory perspective. The first part is the understanding of the related concepts, including the necessary analysis of chaos, chaos theory, thinking and teaching thinking. The second part is the garden of uncertainty:the hologram of chaos theory, utilizing the concept of holographic to present the general picture of chaos theory from the establishment of chaos theory, the typical characteristics of chaos theory and the thinking characteristics of chaos theory respectively; The third part is the deterministic mythology:the shackles of teaching thinking, analyzing the root of the deterministic myth and characterization which impact the teaching thinking; The fourth part is the flap of butterfly:change of teaching thinking, through the perspective of chaos theory to re-examine teaching thinking change trend; Fifth part is beyond:the innovation of the teaching thinking, through the change of thinking based on chaos theory, teaching exploration teaching thinking beyond the traditional thinking, the pursuit the new picture of synergy innovation.
