So much 80s-generation has gradually entered their career and become the backbone in all kinds of industries. Some of them have been excellent young teachers and the proportion is also increasing year by year. Burnout is often raised in the industries where persons are working target, so the teaching profession is no exception. Burnout can lead to many problems for teachers, and it may reduce the enthusiasm for working and then ignore the feeling of students. Even eventually teachers have no professional happiness and satisfaction, therefore this issue is necessary. The constitution of young Teachers is mainly 80s-generation and just a very small part of the beginning of the 90 s teachers. They are working on the front line of education and teaching career, so their burnout directly affect the quality of education. But previous studies are not about the burnout of the very young teacher, so the research is even more necessary. Sunwu has special location, harsh natural climate and economic underdevelopment, so it is one of representatives in many remote areas. The survey intends to burnout of young teachers in remote areas like Sunwu. It will understand the general situation of job burnout, analyze relationship between job burnout and factors of demographic and investigate the factors of job burnout. This study will use questionnaires and interviews to investigate. The questionnaire included four sections, teachers’ basic information table, teachers work status of the self-assessment form, teacher burnout inventory and burnout factors table. Among them, the third questionnaire in accordance with MBI-educators survey and it uses the five-point rating scale and there are three dimensions: Depersonalization, Reduced Personal Accomplishment and Emotional Exhaustion. We investigated 122 80s-generation young teachers by using these inventories and interview nine teachers from different sections in a deep way.The results show:1.80s-generation young teachers in Sunwu have teacher burnout, but it is not serious. Depersonalization and Reduced Personal Accomplishment is at a low level, but Emotional Exhaustion is at the middle class.2. Teacher’s gender, the teaching segment, teaching subjects and school location has a significant impact on teacher burnout.3. There is a significant positive correlation between multiple factors of teacher burnout and Depersonalization, Reduced Personal Accomplishment and Emotional Exhaustion.
