Education has priority to the development of strategic position in our national development, and teachers are the main force that promote reform and development of education, whose diathesis decides the realization of education modernization, our country’ standing among the nations of the world. Super-fine teacher is the highest stage of teachers’ professional development in our country, and also an ordinary teachers’ model and the target. Making full use of the advantage of precious human resources to promote their teaching of basic education and radiation and leading role of teachers is an effective way to improve the level of basic education. English course is a basic discipline, and English teachers play a very important role in the process of students’ English learning, therefore, the study of English special-class teacher is a meaningful subject. Each region has its specific historical background, where there are also differences from other areas in strengths and weaknesses. Located in the country’s poverty-stricken Sang Zhi county, No.1 Middle School has three super-fine English teachers at the provincial level at the same time, which itself is worth thinking.This research adopts qualitative research methods, chosing 3 super-fine English teachers as the research object, such as, Xiong Yulin, Wang Xianzhi and Tang shengmou, to find out some valueable regular pattern by studing their experience in professional development and exploiting their personal growth. The researcher pays attention to teachers’ professional growth and survival situation, having the long-term and in-depth observation of the object of Education in their real life, to understand their growth process in depth interviews. The study describes the behavior of teaching experience and life education of the research objects. With deep description method from the objective angle, real growth will, based on the vivid, vivid display state, the researcher hopes the readers can get inspiration from the specific situation description and analysis of the the connotation of teacher development. It makes this argument from two given stages in three teachers’ development, the first of which is their teaching stage the most remote rural schools when they were in the countryside, and the second stage is that they were transferred to the best school- the No.1 middle school. The work studies various factors affecting their professional development, and has the deep understanding of their solutions to the troubles in different environment and conditions. It figures out how they got out and beckoned in the face of difficulties. The study compares their commonness and individuality representing in the growth process to find out the best fit for theory and practice through the exploration of their practice, and summed up the growth process’ helpful enlightenment to the foreign language teaching staff in backward areas, local education authorities and training departments through integrated analysis.
