In a country, for a one-hundred-year plan, education is the foundation; for the education, the teachers are the foundation. The teachers play a key role in the education development, the quality of which directly relates to educational quality. However, their professional quality which is not inborn is gradually developed and upgraded. The process of developing professional quality is a socialized process. That is the teachers learn how to teach and acquire role expectation and rules what is related to a teacher.Super-class physic teachers in middle school, who are the outstanding representative in the group of physic teachers, should have unusual points in their professional development. What stages, laws they have experienced and what factors affect the process. All these issues are what should be analyzed in the paper.Taking super-class physic teachers of middle school as the studying subject, the paper apply education narrative method of quality study as well as through the half-open interview with some super-class physic teachers in Jilin province to learn their professional development. The paper describes special teachers'development process in the four stages of preparatory period before starting teaching, adjusting period at beginning, maturing period and developing period after-maturing. From the description the paper draws special characteristics and through the analysis sums up their developing law and effective factors. What's more, the essay puts forward some inspiration for super-class physic teachers'development. The last part of the paper is reflection of such study.
