| The Plan of National Medium and Long-Term Education Reform and Development has explicitly pointed out that we need to improve teachers’ professional level, complete the teachers’ training system and improve teaching ability. In recent years, the integration of teachers’ education has become the focus of the field of teacher education, especially in the teaching training before enter a school as a hot topic. Education internship as an important part of college education practice course, has become one of the most important education practice curriculum in which sports teachers can improve their teaching skills, strengthen academic knowledge. It also plays a crucial role for physical education teachers’ teaching career in the future.This study mainly uses the documentation method, questionnaire survey method, interview method, data collection method and so on. By using these methods, this study surveys the teaching ability of normal students of sports before and after the education internship, the improvement of the teaching ability of normal students of sports through the education internship, and the change about the teaching design, implementation and evaluation ability of development. This study also finds out the main factors affecting the development of physical education teachers teaching ability, and then pus forward to optimize the path of development of the teaching ability of normal students of sports, which could examine the quality and effect of the cultivation of higher normal colleges to promote the curriculum reform and innovation of education practice. This research thought:(1) After the education internship, the teaching ability of normal students of sports has been improved so obviously that the mode of education practice of Northeast Normal University is effective.(2) After the education internship, the teaching ability of normal students of sports in each dimension degree is not balanced. Improving the capacity of teaching design is the most significant, followed by teaching ability. The ability of teaching assessment did not significantly increase.(3) From the micro perspective of all dimensions of teaching ability, the improvement of ability of normal students of sports is significant in the choice of teaching content, making teaching plan, analyzing the teaching object, using the auxiliary teaching, organization of sports teaching, affection of emergency, creating the atmosphere of teaching, students’ ability of academic assessment. It is not obvious about the arrangement of teaching site, determine the teaching objective, and the expression of language, correction of wrong action, management of physical education teaching, demonstration of skillful action, evaluation of skillful action, assessment of performance and the self-assessment of teaching ability.(4) The teaching ability of normal students of sports is not related to gender, household registration, years of training, sports level, but the professional ranks, the types of high school is closely related to the development of teaching ability. It means that the professional rank and attending a professional high school are the key to the teaching ability of normal students of sports.(5) Sports students think that the influencing factors of teaching ability mainly motor skill learning, extracurricular activities, the creation of teaching situation, the direction of the arrangement of teaching hours and university teachers’ guidance.According to the results, the study puts forward the following optimization advice:(1) Building the "S-U" collaborative training mechanism. It is important to rely on the collaboration between universities and elementary and secondary schools to form the integration of the education resources complementary between universities and elementary and secondary school, mutual assistance of construction, mutual promotion of education concept, which can provide a space for interaction of the education theory and education practice.(2) Exploring the education practice mode of "urban-rural integration". It can promote the education practice quality of normal students of sports. It is possible to strengthen the teaching ability and cultivate the teachers, who has the moral education feelings, by the contrast environment, reflection of university education and testing the quality of education.(3) Improving the mode of education curriculum "theory- theory". The structure and the layout of the practical courses should be optimized. The content and proportion of practice teaching should be expanded. Both of them can be closed to the needs of practical teaching to help the formation of the teaching ability of normal students of sports.(4) Setting up the practice guidance team compounded with tour "two-way" : motional and motionless. It is important to strengthen the scientific management of normal students of sports by promoting the teaching model of network. It can increase the communication between teachers and students by wechat, renren, microblog, QQ and so on.(5) Reforming the evaluation method of education internship. The American “file cover†can be used here to evaluate the normal students of sports from the combination of diversification and periodization, which can guarantee the scientificity and affectivity of evaluation, to promote the teaching ability of normal students of sports. |
