In recent years, there is more and more attention for Initial Teachers Education. Especially the reform of teacher qualification certificate system continues to advance, and free normal education policy win support among the people. Each normal college and student has a strong demand of improving normal students themselves education and teaching ability and to improve the competitiveness. In 2011, the Ministry of Education issued a “The teacher education curriculum standard(trial)” training specification of normal students, put forward specific requirements for the normal student’s education and teaching ability.In this paper, It rely on Hebei Normal University post supporting students and takes “The teacher education curriculum standard(Trial)” as the theoretical guidance of initial teachers education and teaching ability is studied. It finds the shortcomings in the education teaching ability of normal students, and put forward the corresponding suggestion. This paper is divided five parts.The first part is introduction. Introduction as the research foreword summarizes the research background, the domestic and foreign related field of research, the purpose and significance of the study and research methods.The second part is the theory analysis and research. It concludes and analyzes “The teacher education curriculum standard(Trial)” correspondence between the education and teaching ability of normal students.The third part is about the analysis of survey data with the education and teaching ability of normal students. It rely on the post supporting students of Hebei Normal University. Using questionnaires conducted a survey of education and teaching ability. With the questionnaire we grasp the current development of normal students’ education and teaching ability. And analyze the inadequate of normal students’ education and teaching ability.The fourth part, suggestions for improvement of education and teaching ability of normal students. Basing on survey data and “The teacher education curriculum standard(Trial)”, this paper made a number of recommendations to improve the education and teaching ability of normal students.The fifth part is research summary and outlook. It summarizes the research content, draw a conclusion and put forward the issues for further research.
