With the development of social informatization relates to education and the educational informatization appears since the 1990 s, the educational informatization in our country has made great achievements in the field of education. The rapid development of the education informatiization put forward higher requirements to teachers’ professional development. The development of modern network technology provides a more convenient and effective way for teachers’ training, and more conducive to teachers’ professional learning. Using network platform to study and learn benefits us a lot, for example breaking through the limitation of time and space, realizing the education teaching resources co-construction and sharing, creating a good environment for interactive collaboration among teachers, and so on. And the network-based teaching study platform which based on knowledge management can help teachers better acquire, understand, construct and apply knowledge, thus contributing to the professional development of teachers.This study mainly based on knowledge management theory and blended learning theory, make a improvement research on the model and platform of teachers’ network-based teaching study. In order to make the designed patterns and platform of network-based teaching study be closer to the actual learning of teachers, this article uses a variety of research methods,such as literature research, questionnaire, content analysis, etc, so that can really play the role of promoting teachers’ professional development. The specific work content of this article is as follows:1.Retrieval of existing literature on teacher training, knowledge management, make clear the status and lack of network-based teaching study.2.Carry out research on the first-line teachers through the form of questionnaire, and analyses the actual demand of network-based teaching study,so that make this article more targeted. Meanwhile, interviews with relevant experts, seek the advice of experts in order to make this article more authoritative.3.Based on the above investigation, designs a model of teachers’ network-based teaching study which based on knowledge management, and designs the research platform finally.4.Designing cases of teachers’ network-based teaching study which based on the knowledge management, and do analysis. Through the research, this article has obtained the following results:Firstly, construct the teacher training model which based on knowledge management. The core tache of the training model correspond the core tache of the process of knowledge management.Secondly, design the training platform according to the training model which based on knowledge management. On one hand, the platform can help teachers finish the training easily. One the other hand, it can help the organizers manage the teachers.Thirdly, design and analyze the teachers’ training cases that using the network training platform combining personal project practice.
