Talent introduction is significant to teaching staff construction and development of colleges and universities. As colleges and universities are in increasingly-fierce competition, they have gradually recognized the importance of introducing talents as they develop and compete with each other and adopt various measures to strengthen talent introduction. In the process of introducing talents, Inner Mongolian colleges and universities are influenced and restricted in many aspects to therefore cause several problems. Studies on talent introduction by Inner Mongolian colleges and universities may institutionalize talent introduction, innovate talent work system, perfect the work mechanism to introduce talents and continuously improve the quality and level of talent introduction by Inner Mongolian colleges and universities.The internal and external environment for talent introduction by Inner Mongolia colleges and universities is under constant change. Inner Mongolia shall adjust talent introduction and make innovations. This paper adopts literature research, questionnaire survey and interviewing, with several colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia as main research objects, to analyze existing problems in their talent introduction by comparing their talent introduction policies, interviewing and making statistics of questionnaire results. By linking theory with practice, this paper puts forwards corresponding improving measures on talent introduction for Inner Mongolian colleges and universities.
