With the implementation of quality education, new curriculum reform and teachers’ professional development gradually improved, the requirement of chemistry teachers in senior high school is increasing, so educational research will have great changes. Strengthen the education of chemistry teachers scientific research quality has become an important trend of the development of social education. High school teachers participating in education research is good at improving their scientific literacy, promoting their own professional development and teaching working smoothly. It influences schools and teachers education scientific research activities that teachers in the education and scientific research attitude and awareness, teachers education scientific research qualities and teachers education scientific research way and method. Investigation and research on the chemistry teachers in senior high school in Hulun Buir City, analyzing the existing problems and giving suggestions, this is basis to improve the quality of Education Research of Hulun Buir city high school chemistry teachers and the department in charge of education.Firstly, we analysis the research project of the education of Hulun Buir in recent five years. Although the research project increased and rising awareness of teacher education, it has regional differences about education and scientific research in urban area. There are some research, but research about high school and less about chemistry.Investigation of the present situation of educational scientific research 110, 11 high school chemistry teachers in Hulun Buir, the results showed that, high school chemistry teachers engaged in education and scientific research are the main problems: 1 teachers education scientific research consciousness is fuzzy, 2 the lack of power of education research, 3 lack the necessary education theory, 4 the heavy task of teaching, education and scientific research in practice less, 5 the lack of appropriate guidance and training, 6 the lack of information and financial support.In view of the above problems from the practice of teachers, and puts forward some suggestions: teachers should improve the teachers’ scientific research consciousness, establish the correct scientific motivation, correct guiding ideology of scientific research, strong then the education and scientific research theory study, improve their scientific literacy, school for teachers to create a good research atmosphere, establish and perfect the education scientific research institutions and the principal mechanism, must play a leading role model.
