This paper takes the development status of Game Teaching Methods in Thailand as background, combined with Chinese teaching and cultural education in Thailand. It selects two Chinese textbooks as specific examples for game design, hoping to intrigue some thinking of Chinese educators in Thailand, so as to design more teaching games based on the cultural background of Thailand and to improve teaching effectiveness.This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly studies the scope of this paper and searches for problems, meanwhile indicating the purpose and significance of the research. The second chapter is the theoretical basis. It highlights the importance of Game Teaching Methods by comparing with other pedagogies and discusses the principles and methods of children’s Game Teaching in Chinese courses. Chapters Three and Chapter Four focus on the main parts of the paper. It makes a comparison between the textbooks of the Chinese and Chinese Experience. Analyses are made from voice and vocabulary aspects. Chapter Five discusses how to design games from two aspects of characters and grammar. Chapter Six is the conclusion. It summarizes the points of the thesis and discusses the Game Teaching Methods in Chinese Courses for Foreigners.
