Blended Training, based on the learning characteristics of teachers under the information technology environment, is a training mode taking advantage of the network research community, and combing network training and practical training. This training mode combines advantages of traditional face-to-face training, vividness, in-depth, interaction between teachers and students, with features of the network training, efficiency, low costing, demand orientation and circumstance experience. As Educational Information and Teacher Professionalization are being promoted, China and the whole society attach great importance to the promotion of the Application of Information Technology among teachers. Therefore, this paper focus on Blended Training of the Application of Information Technology among higher vocational teachers.This thesis, to begin with, describes research background, significances and methods. It states overseas and domestic research status of the training of Application of Information Technology as well as overseas and domestic research status of Blended Training. The thesis also explains the basic theory of the research, including constructionist Theory, Adult Learning Theory, Teachers’Professional Development Theory and Blended Training Theory.hen, it analyzes the Blended Training of Application of Information Technology among vocational teachers in College of G, including basic situation of vocational teachers, ability of teachers’technology information application, training contents, training purposes and elements.Besides, in the part of the Blended Training design of Application of Information Technology among vocational teachers in College of G, the thesis illustrates design’s principles, training strategies, training activities and training assessments respectively. It carries out case study of the design of Blended Training Mode, displays the experimental result and evaluates the training results.At last, the conclusion elaborates on the insufficiencies of the research and orientation of future researches. It concluded that it is accessible and effective to apply Blended Training to Application of Information Technology among higher vocational teachers and that it is worth implementing in the future.The theoretical innovation of the thesis lies in exploring a Blended Training mode in Application of Information Technology among higher vocational teachers based on theoretical research, and combines it with School-Based Training in higher vocational schools. This practice not only lower the cost, improves training efficiency and attain satisfying results, but also carries the research to a practical phrase, enriches the research system.
