| With the enhancement of China’s national strength and the promotion of international status, the wave of "Chinese fever" has swept the world. Followed by is the increasing number of international students in China. We can see the foreigner students everywhere in China especialli in college campus.When foreign students from a familiar cultural form to a totally unfamiliar Chinese society, he will has a psychological adaptation process called "re-socialization".Firstly, making a summary of research on cross-cultural adaptation and the summarized the achievements which related to cross-cultural adaptation.Then describes the theoretical basis of cross-cultural adaptation and social work.It puts forward a theoretical framework and research routes for this pessege and take the students of G School in H University for example.In the process of collecting information,throughing interviews and classroom observation,I observe the students’life closely and knowing their life conditions in China.Combined with the social adaptability scale I made the pre-questionnaire and selected a few students in the library randomly to do the questionnaire survey.Finally, according to the results carried by the pre-questionnaire I made further improvements, thus forming the final questionnaire.Totally give out 98 questionnaires in G School,H University and recovered 96 valid questionnaires.Using SPSS software to data entry of the returned questionnaires and quantified analysis the associated data.Through investigation that the foreigner students’ social adaptability in China is generally low,the reasons for this are the influence of language barrier, lower interpersonal ability and the length of time in China.The innovation of this paper is trying to applied society science knowledge to solve the social adjustment problems of foreigner students in China.At the end of the paper proposesing countermeasures, to solve foreigner students’ adaptation problems in China,and hoping to lead them scientifically by group work and personal work. |
