That is, social work theory and method plays a guiding role in developing young entrepreneurs, also has practical significance in practice.This article is to use literature research, questionnaire, on-the-spot investigation method and interview method, H entrepreneurs themselves as a social worker, and on behalf of its own interests, through the methods of case work and group work to solve their own face the plight of relations with partners, employees and customers.The research idea of this article is:in the social work theory and method, on the basis of field investigation, understand the actual situation of H entrepreneurs to work, and preliminarily analyzed H entrepreneurs in partners, employees, customers problems; Then using the theory of case work to solve the conflicts between partners and, using the theory of team work to solve the problems of employees and customers; Finally summarizes the social work theory and the method support for entrepreneurs to work.In this paper, the main conclusion:entrepreneurs can also double as the role of social workers, the problems in the process of entrepreneurship, using the theories and methods of social work.
