| Nowadays the Kindergarten curriculum reform in our country is picking up, the development of preschool education is also getting unprecedented attention of all walks of life and the vast majority of scholars. Since the 1980s, Taiwan government attaches great importance to the early childhood education inch by inch. After a transitional period,the preschool education quality has been improved to a large extent. During the Kindergarten transition region, the making, promulgation and implementation of Kindergarten’s Guidance Program carry important significance and influence on the development of the kindergarten.After delving into the Kindergarten’s Guidance Program in Taiwan, I have found that the Kindergarten’s Guidance Program in Taiwan which is about the mainland management and teaching evaluation and guidance of the government to the kindergarten, and the kindergarten cooperation with colleges and universities have great enlightenment to us. In this paper, through literature method and the text method,I explore and research on the Kindergarten’s Guidance Program background, historical evolution, its main contents, characteristics and so on to find that the Kindergarten’s Guidance Program evolution has experienced four stages:germination period, gestation period, mature period and development period; The category and purpose of its content mainly include: tutoring, coaching staff qualifications, quest for counseling, the division of responsibilities for tutoring, etc.; The children’s mentoring program features are:the concept of coaching, systematic guidance mechanism, the diversity of tutoring, content and object of pertinence, counseling process institutionalization, clarity and guidance effect of feedback.Through research results and this paper is based on the current policy, laws and regulations of our government in preschool education and having drawn lessons from Taiwan Kindergarten’s Guidance Program, after in-depth thinking and research, the enlightenment are follows: first, the government should pay attention to the education guidance of kindergarten; Secondly, build the idea of kindergarten education counseling; Thirdly, the leading role of the government. |
