Inquiry learning is a new kind of learning-style which is proposed in the new round course reforming, which emphasizes on change in teaching concept and study method in order to cultivate the ability to get and deal with information, and the ability to explore all the possibilities for the solution of the problem. It is a new kind of attempt to bring capability in innovation and practice. At present, there are lot of Investigations for inquiry learning about some subjects, bout less of demonstrational Investigation. This research is based on the mathematics study, and we use the methods of literature, investigation and interview to research that in five senior middle schools in Guizhou province of Zhijin. we want to discover the problems and draw our consideration.This investigation shows: effected by many elements, now, the inquiry learning in math classroom in rural areas was carried out less well, most mathematics teachers are get in to troubles in the processing of conducting it, their ways to teach haven't been completely changed, and the same to students, whose ways to study is passive and fixed. what's more, to some extent, students are interested in math inquiry learning, developing the inquiry learning of mathematics is better for students to improve their abilities of cooperating and communicating,their abilities of solving practical problem, their inquiry abilities, on the other hand, it well also develop students creating spirit and enhance teachers levels of teaching. Above all, in researcher' s opinion, of inquiry learning, first, the government should solve the problem of being short of hardware and software resources; second setting up a rational appraising system; third,carry out the profession of teacher------training and advanced study; at last, dealing with the relationship between inquiry learning and acceptable learning,changing teachers' educational concept,built a harmonious classroom atmosphere,stimulating students' learning desire and helping with sitting up students' confidence of learning.
