Ideological and political education work is the lifeline of all work, its status and role is self-evident. At present, the western social ideological trend makes the campus have to face the reality of diversified values. College students have no choice but to live with the huge amounts of information in the network. In such circumstances, that how to effectively improve the pertinence, timeliness and effectiveness of ideological and political education is one of the problems presented in front of ideological and political education workers. Acception as a part of education, is an important factor of successful ideological and political education., and university students’ acception psychology is the important measure of ideological and political education’s effect. Studying college students’ acception psychology have two main benefits. On one hand, it’s conducive to achieving the fusion of two discipline theory of psychology and ideological and political education, and expanding the study of theoretical range. On the other hand, during the Ideological and political education process, it helps to pay close attention to students’ mental activities, make students accept educational message efficiently and boost the harmonious development of body and mind.This paper mainly adopts the method of literature research and multidisciplinary integration research. After presenting the relevant research results on acception psychology both at home and abroad, this paper elaborates the basic conceptions and main characteristics of the college students’ ideological and political education acception psychology and the composition of the college students receive psychological process. Whether the college students can form a healthy personality and realize the all-round development or not mainly depends on the harmonious development of those factors such as cognition, emotion, will, need. However, in the actual ideological and political education receiving activities, college students usually have one or more psychological problems or obstacles, such as atresia, imbalance, resistance, conformity and so on. There are many different reasons. Intrinsic factor is the basic reason which leads to the result. Receivers’cognitive set, negative emotions, need motivation and will quality belong to the intrinsic factors. At the same time, we can not ignore the external causes. Acception environmental barriers and acception object obstacles also lead to different types of acception psychological barriers.That using the four main schools of psychology theory to put forward several tactics is the innovation point and key point of this research. Firstly, we can learn from humanism psychology theory, Establish and insist the value of human life-centered philosophy during the whole educational process, and pay great attention to students’ realistic and developing demands. Secondly, Referring to Freud’s psychoanalytic theory, carry out the unconscious education on the basis of exploring the development trend of college students’ subconscious, guide students to realize the dynamic equilibrium development of self personality. Thirdly, according to theory of Cognitive Psychology, we should promote ideological and political education step by step on the basis of the different developing stages of the college students, and guide students to build individual emotion regulation system. Finally, building a third variable to enhance college students’ ability of self-reinforcing, and helping students to form the rational actor model in the process of observational learning.
