As society increasingly fierce competition, the education sector, there have been some problems. Groups such as primary and secondary school teachers in basic education is facing intense competitive pressure and the pressure to survive, resulting in the presence of primary and secondary school teacher burnout phenomenon to a certain extent, is not optimistic about their living conditions, deserves attention of the whole society. Therefore, the education sector on the issue of teacher burnout had a great importance, especially in primary and secondary school teachers in the burnout problem. Through theoretical and practical teacher burnout status of a comprehensive study and research, I found that research in the field of teacher burnout, although there is a certain research and theory, but the lack of attention to the subject of the teachers, in varying degrees, from just focusing on psychology perspective, ignoring the status of teachers and other life perspective comprehensive research and analysis.In this study, in order to alleviate teacher burnout as the purpose of teacher burnout make a "re-cognition", analyzes the connotation of teacher burnout. On this basis, Xinxiang City, Henan Province, some school teachers for the study of primary and secondary school teachers’ professional burnout commence investigation. I used interviews, questionnaires research methods, the quantitative research and qualitative research combined with the aim of deeper and more comprehensive analysis of the formation process of teacher burnout. Data collected through the study found: Teachers’ Occupational living situation is not optimistic, burnout is widespread. The author analyzes the causes of these findings for many reasons, including the teachers’ social status and low-income issues, irrational management and evaluation system, and heavy work burden, the paper more than a bit more in-depth aspects of the analysis, and make some suggestions and countermeasures.The purpose of this study is to add to the theoretical basis for the profession of teacher burnout, but for the community, schools and teachers themselves to provide some effective strategies to help reduce or prevent the generation of teacher burnout, and ultimately improve the quality of primary and secondary education.
