With the widespread popularity of computer and network, a new literary form called the internet literature came into being. More and more middle school students choose the internet literature as their outside readings, which means that this new literary form are more and more popular in middle school students. The internet literature can not only increase students’ extensive reading quantities, but also exert an internal influence on their writing. As a matter of fact, the new curriculum standard suggests that the writing teaching keep up with the times. So this article is aiming at studying the relationship between the internet literature and the writing teaching just under such a background.The first chapter is the concept definition of the internet literature and its main features. The internet literature is a form to present the literary works based on the network, and it is mainly composed of internet original literatures. With the help of powerful online media, the writing of internet literature is characterized with freedom and equality. And the writing process has properties of openness and interaction, as well as leading of emotion and aesthetic entertaining.The second chapter is the internet literature and the questionnaire survey of middle school students. In this chapter, the author illustrated the content of the questionnaire survey and its results. After designing and conducting the questionnaire survey, the results were analyzed to obtain the problems and disadvantages in the writing of middle school students. The influence of the internet literature on middle school students and the students’ opinions on the internet literature were also discussed. In the last part of this chapter, the author studied the problems of middle school students’ reading in the internet literature.The third chapter is the related requirements suggested by the new curriculum standard were analyzed. Then, the strategies of how to take advantage of the internet literature to make the writing teaching better were proposed. The strategies were summarized as follows:(1) How to arouse students’ interest in reading and writing. (2) How to guide students to choose works of the internet literature in order to accumulate more writing materials. (3) The plan to introduce the internet literature into writing teaching. (4) Optimizing the mode of correcting students’compositions. It is believed that students’ writing abilities would be greatly improved if teachers can take advantage of the internet literature in writing teaching.
