In the New Curriculum, great changes have taken place in high school biology course content; adopt modular teaching material for the first time, changed according to the knowledge system of building plane discipline teaching material system. Teaching material change will cause the reform of the management, implementation, evaluation and other aspects, for schools and teachers are both opportunities and challenges. In the new curriculum concept, modular theory and the learning theory of constructivism learning theory and other support, the investigation materials after modular biology classroom situation. the purpose is to find the teaching material after modular changes in classroom teaching and existing problems, and through the analysis of problems of biology curriculum reform put forward the suggestions to solve the problem of teaching, which is beneficial to teachers in teaching practice, try to overcome and correct the problem, which is advantageous to the reform of the new biological.This study first is through the literature material for ordinary high school biology curriculum standard theory, the modularity theory, constructivism learning theory, theory of autonomous learning, cooperative learning theory, theory, and the years of high school biology curriculum reform and the status of the analysis of the research, to study and lay a good theoretical basis. Next is the investigation and study, the object of the investigation is the all kinds of high school teachers and high school students in Guangxi, the purpose of the survey is to fully understand the new curriculum reform in Guangxi after the change of high school biology class. Teachers investigate the main contents include high school biology teachers’perceptions of modular new teaching material and their after the use of modular teaching present situation of classroom teaching, in order to find the problem and put forward the method to solve the problem; Student survey mainly includes investigation of the current learning situation, including the time to study, learning, and interest in the biological course, and compared with the past learning situation, in order to find the current situation of high school student to study the biological, the problems existing in the students in the learning process and the solution is put forward. Based on each school,high school biology teachers and students of the results of the survey and analysis of high school biology textbooks modular impact on classroom teaching and put forward the research of practical significance and research deficiency.Through the investigation and analysis, I found that the teaching material after modular did in high school biology classroom teaching had a great effect. Class organization form become from oneness to diversification, the vast majority of teachers have to adapt to and like the new teaching material, teachers more evident as the class leader, teacher students’ view, course view, teaching view has changed. Teachers can through reasonable layout design content of teaching materials, teaching program trying to guide students to use different ways to learn new knowledge learning, students learning style began to diversify, are becoming more active classroom also highlights the more humanities, school also paid attention to the development of school-based curriculum.In the survey found that teachers in the process of using modular teaching material, there are some one-sided understanding, also faces a number of contradictions in the new curriculum reform. Part of the teachers to understand the new curriculum reform, still equates the curriculum reform and teaching reform, classroom role has not completely change; More classes, large classes, and the limited class hour and there is contradiction to explore activities; Because the entrance pressure of the phenomenon of the exam-oriented education is still common in classroom; School reality conditions can’t meet the needs of the new curriculum teaching; Part of the teachers’ own quality improvement and the related problem of the teacher training is more prominent.Based on the study of the problem, I suggest that relevant departments should attach importance to and support the reform of the biological work, continue to strengthen the teacher training work after the new curriculum reform, at the same time increase the funds for the construction of the external resources conditions of the implementation of the new work, especially to pay attention to some of the model for the construction of the high school students; Faced with limited resources condition, the teacher in the teaching to learn to choose and combine the school and local resources, develop school-based resources, try your best to use a variety of curriculum resources for every class; Biology teachers in the teaching of the schools should strengthen the consciousness of whole lessons, overcome teaching one-sided tendency, to change the way of further effectively promote students’ learning. In attaches great importance to the entrance of the situation, in order to better achieve the requirements of new, to improve the quality of the students, students in the process of teaching should be combined with the actual value of classroom teaching evaluation.As a carrier of the new curriculum concept, teaching material, teaching material of modular impact on teachers and students, the existing various changes are happening in biology classroom and therefore, the teacher of the new curriculum reform as the first perpetrators, classroom teaching are indeed play a key role, but to make every lesson fully meet the requirements of new standard to ask is not only a line near the all high school biology teachers’ efforts can be done, should need schools, each associated with education departments at all levels, and social aspects of mutual cooperation and efforts. The results and suggestions of the study just provide a certain reference value for the first-line teachers in biology teaching practice.
