Research On Chinese Post-graduate Student Aid System Basing On Institutional Vicissitude Theory

The author analysis from the system, try to use a new perspective to explain Chinese post-graduate student aid system. The author hope to clarify the problems of Chinese post-graduate student aid system vicissitude’s subject, way, dynamic mechanism and interests game through the analysis basing on institutional vicissitude theory, in order to promote the reform of Chinese post-graduate student aid system.After new China was founded, post-graduate education develops quickly. Post-graduate aid system experienced single-track stage, double-track stage and unified-track stage, formed a diversified aid type and diversity aid system. It provides the guarantee for the reform of post-graduate fee system, and help poor students solve the problem of "study hard". The author found Chinese post-graduate student aid system has some problems:the design idea of post-graduate aid system is fuzzy, the system maker has no ideas on the problems like post-graduates aid system is "public" or "private", "efficiency first" or "equity first"; post-graduate aid system don’t have good environment, the management system of post-graduate student has some problems, university campus culture construction needs to be strengthened; the design of post-graduate student aid system is lack of systematicness.After analysis the problems of post-graduates aid system, the author put forward some suggestions to improve Chinese post-graduates aid system:rebuid the valve basement of post-graduates aid system; balance the efficiency and equity, optimize the management system of post-graduate student, create a good campus culture; system design and balanced build post-graduates aid system model; cultivating the main body of aid system innovation.
