A Research Into The Situation And Countermeasures Of Non-profit Of Sports Organizations In Binzhou

People’s happy life is an important sign of comprehensive national strength and the progress of social civilization. It is important for the construction of socialist spiritual civilization and significant for the comprehensive construction of well-off society. It has a close relationship with the national fitness program. Non-profit sports organizations contribute to the rapid implementation of the national fitness program and healthy development of people. To make a further research on the development of non-profit sports and social organizations, the implementation of the national fitness program is of practical significance. Binzhou, as the late development city in Shandong Province, is the birthplace of Sun Tzu. It is near the Bohai Sea, which has superior geographical conditions and clear climate. Even though it belongs to the third-tier cities, it has been active in the efforts to improve the development of mass sports and fitness programs.This study adapts the literature data method, questionnaire survey method, interview method and mathematical statistics method of investigations. And the research focuses on the involvement in sports of Binzhou nonprofit community organization staff, running situation and management philosophy.The results of the research show that there are many shortcomings in the Non-profit social organization Sports in Binzhou such as the imbalance in the proportion of participants, fewer participants with lower level of education, lack of sports consciousness, fewer full-time management personnel, low frequency of participants’ involvement, long period of organizing activities, single form of activities, lack of professional, technical guidance and professional equipment support, no fixed venue, inadequate funding activities, unscientific management, and imperfect rules anddecision-making mechanism. And owing to these weaknesses, the non-profit sports social organizations in Binzhou cannot be developed rapidly.On the basis of these problems, the following suggestions are put forward:Organize regular publicity campaign and promote fitness awareness;Train full-time and professional management staff with great effort;Diversify the activities;Invest more in construction of sports venues, sports facilities and actively absorb sports talents;Raise funds through multiple channels;Cooperate more and strive for a win-win result;Establish and improve rules and regulations applicable to scientific management;Change the administrative management mode.
