Nursing Undergraduate Graduation Internship Sub-health Status And Influencing Factors Of Research

Purpose: By Changchun nursing undergraduates in practice, the stage of the sub-health status of understanding of nursing undergraduates in internship phase of the health status and its related influencing factors, in view of the undergraduate nursing students in practice stage of sub-health state of related factors, put forward effective measures to cope with the situation, thereby promoting undergraduate nursing students in practice stage of physiological, psychological health and to improve the social adaptation ability.Method: By using questionnaire survey method, Select 240 research object out of the Changchun University of Chinese Medicine of nursing undergraduates and Jilin University of nursing undergraduates. The questionnaire included the general situation questionnaire, and Self-rating Sub-health Scale(SRSHS), Survey data collected using Spss16.0 to establish database, statistical analysis. Statistical methods include descriptive statistics analysis, variance analysis, independent sample t-test, correlation analysis and multivariate linear regression analysis.Result: Sub-health detection rate was 83.3%, the subjects SRSHS highest score was divided into 123 points, the lowest for 30 points. Sub-health can be divided into three dimensions, of which physical dimension scores the highest, followed by the psychological dimension, the minimum dimension of scoring for the society. Gender, Monthly family income, Marriage love status, these three factors have no statistical significance; Age, Residence, often stay up late, to eat breakfast, physical exercise,Surfing on the Internet for a long time to nursing internship undergraduate students will have influence on the Sub-health. Age in the physical dimension, the psychological dimension and social dimension all significant difference; Residence in the physical dimension has no statistical significance, but have significant difference in the psychological and social dimension; Often stay up late in the physical dimension, has a great influence on psychological and social dimensions; Breakfast have big effect on psychological and social dimensions; Physical exercise situation has a great influence on the physical, psychological and social dimensions;Surfing on the Internet for a long time has great influence on the physical, psychological and social dimensions.Conclusion: Sub-health has higher rate in nursing internship undergraduate, mainly for the physiological health and psychological health, age, place of residence, often stay up late, to eat breakfast, physical exercise, long time surfing the Internet are its influence factors, in view of the factors affecting formulate relevant measures, reduce the incidence of sub-health needs the joint efforts of society, school and individual.
