Objectives: To compare the difference of the current situation and expectation clinical practice mode of nursing teachers in Baccalaureate Colleges,and then based on the theory of planned behavior(TPB)to analyze the main factors that influence nursing teachers to participate in clinical practice.Methods: In this study,a total of 130 nursing teachers from 10 Baccalaureate Colleges in Zhejiang province were selected to investigate the current situation and expectation(time,form,content,etc.)of clinical practice and influencing factors(Attitude,Subjective Norm,Perceived Behavioral Control,Behavior Intention,etc.)of clinical practice behavior of nursing teachers based on the theory of planned behavior(TPB)by using the method of questionnaire survey.Using X2 test to compare the current situation and expectation(choose the way of practice places and time,etc.)of nursing teachers' clinical practice in different types of universities.Using Cronbach's? coefficient test the reliability of the questionnaire,exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis test the validity of the questionnaire.Based on the theory of planned behavior(TPB),through the method of Spearman rank correlation,structural equation model,to verify and analyze the mutual logic relationship and mechanism between behavior,behavior intention,with attitude,subjective norm,perceived behavioral control of nursing teachers in clinical practice.Results:(1)There are differences in the contents of clinical practice,the time period(P<0.05)and the evaluation of current situation clinical practice of nursing teachers in two kinds of universities.There are differences between the two types of universities in the way of choosing the practice places(P < 0.05)and the content of the expected clinical practice model.(2)The questionnaire of influencing factors of nursing teachers' clinical practice behavior based on the theory of planned behavior overall Cronbach's? coefficient is 0.888,KMO is 0.834,P < 0.01,and each item in the corresponding dimension of the total explained variance rate higher than60%.(3)Based on the theory of planned behavior,the path coefficients between behavioral intention and the three elements of attitude,subjective norm,perceivedbehavior control are 0.148,0.164 and 0.116(P<0.05).The analysis of the effects of standardization on the variables showed that the indirect effects of attitude,subjective norm and perceived behavior control were 0.090,0.111,and 0.076.The direct effect of perceived behavioral control on behavior is-0.104.The r value between attitude and subjective norm is 0.540(P<0.01),and the r value between attitude and perceived behavioral control is 0.186(P<0.05).The r value between subjective norm and perceived behavioral control is 0.497(P<0.01).Conclusion:(1)Comprehensive universities and medical colleges should improve the relevant institutions based on the clinical practice model of nursing teachers expected.(2)The self-designed questionnaire of influencing factors of nursing teachers' clinical practice behavior has good reliability and validity.(3)Behavioral intention of nursing teachers is the main influencing factor of clinical practice behavior.Attitude,subjective norm and perceived behavioral control have a direct impact on clinical practice behavior intention.Attitude,subjective norm and perceived behavioral control have indirect effects on behavior.Perceived behavioral control did not affect clinical practice behavior directly.Perceived behavioral control has no direct effect on clinical practice of nursing teachers.Attitude,subjective norm and perceived behavioral control are positively correlated with each other.
