With the continuous development of economic globalization,information globalization requirements, promote people to education and teaching and learning methods for continuous innovation, and the society to talented person’s demand increases unceasingly, also requires the personnel in all aspects of the almighty. In 2001 the Ministry of Education issued the "ordinary high school curriculum standard", the standard should be made to cultivate students moral, intellectual, physical and aesthetic development of the whole, in the process of teaching in school education in view of this, the development of music art discipline will also be subjected to the society."The ordinary high school curriculum standard" the original "music appreciation" is divided into six big modules, music appreciation, singing,instrumental music, writing, music and dance, music and drama performances, including singing modules are independent division out. "The ordinary high school curriculum standard" add a lot of fun to our teaching,but also to bring the students more learning experience, students can choose their own love of music learning. The students with the, teacher’s teaching,in the true sense embodies the teacher as the leadership, the student as the main body, for all the concept.In the process I have access to the information, since I found "a dozen implementing curriculum standard" the ordinary high school, the singing method module, model there are many to be not enough place, so the author think through this investigation analysis and research of Hunan Pingjiang high school singing teaching, explore the new curriculum of high school music teaching in Pingjiang made progress in and the insufficiency, explore the face of teachers in the new curriculum standard in question, explore the students to master the new curriculum learning, provide good advice and teaching strategies for more love music teaching teacher and student.This paper mainly uses the anonymous questionnaire, interview survey,demonstration teaching, analysis research method, literature researchmethod, according to the purpose and contents of study, review and collect relevant documents about the research of music over the past ten years,provided the reference for the Pingjiang high school music teaching research.In the course of the investigation takes high school students conducted a sample survey, at the same time the school music teacher anonymous survey.The research content mainly involves: the basic situation of teachers,teaching and teachers in the new curriculum standard "implementation" of the professional level of teachers, students, teaching content, learning the basic situation and other issues. At the same time I the preparation of teachers and students’ questionnaire, the statistics and analysis of the investigation, provide the suggestions and strategies for the implementation of singing teaching.Through this investigation, I found a lot of problems. Such as:Teacher’s implementation of the "curriculum standard" the ordinary high school is not deep enough, teacher’s teaching method is not perfect enough,students on the "curriculum standard" the ordinary high school textbooks not interested in the content and so on.Through the analysis, I to some of these problems, and puts forward some suggestions. The teacher put forward, change the concept of teaching;teaching professional level increased; strengthen the teaching training courses; strengthen the teacher personality charm, is good at communicating with students; pay attention to students’ practice, improve students’ expressive force and self-confidence; organize students collected folk songs music wind and learn to sing such suggestions. The students presented, basic exercises; pay attention to the practice of accumulation; cultivate his love interest in music and attitude; open the field of vision of art, pay attention to the art and culture; and the combination of its integration in the practice teaching stage of learning, hope the teacher and student can give love music education to bring help and inspiration.
