In order to promote the development of minority education and to increase teaching quality, there needs to be a group of teaching crew who are up to the new standard. Teachers for Mongolian are the heirs of Mongolian culture, who teach and cultivate the youngsters to inherit their cultural legacies. The structure of Mongolian teaching crew, whether it’s rational or not, is essential to the development of minority education. Therefore, the present study carries out an investigation on Mongolian teachers in Xilingol, Inner Mongolia, to explore the status quo of teachers for Mongolian and then the existing problems among them.The present thesis is made up of five parts, namely, introduction, chapter one, chapter two and the conclusion and appendix.The introduction mainly introduces the thesis topic selection, significance of the study, research status quo and the methodology.Chapter one covers the introduction and analysis of Mongolian middle schools and teachers for Mongolian in Xilingol.In chapter two, the existing problems in Mongolian teaching crew, its reasons and suggestions are discussed.In conclusion part, there are brief summary and conclusion of whole thesis.There is an outline of investigation in appendis part.
