Along with social progress and human civilization degree rise, new era also puts forward new requirements for preschool teachers.“The national medium and long-term education reform and development plan outline(2010-2020) ”proposed that we will put forward the basic universal preschool education by 2020, even more pushing the preschool education professional construction in the forefront, the secondary vocational school is the important position that train the preschool teachers, its reform and development has become inevitable.Due to the traditional and realistic reasons. Teacher's teaching is still in "cramming" level,and students are used to “passive listening".Result in students' practical ability is weak, Emergency response ability in class is insufficient, can't meet the requirement of preschool teachers' roles. After entering the society, students can not meet the requirements of the job.The author believes that the final cause of these conditions is the preschool education practice teaching effect is not satisfactory. I hope that through this thesis research change training classroom teaching, make students experience in the specific situation and "learning by doing" the charm of "happy learning", and to improve their professional quality and professional ability.This paper adopts the method of questionnaire survey, interviews and other methods to the students and teachers in secondary vocational schools preschool education in this region.To know the current situation and major problems of training classroom teaching of preschool education.Through the analysis, the construction of "situational-experiencing" teaching model of training is the best way to change the situation of inefficient classroom training. The model in the application and practice of curriculum practice teaching of "the preschool education activity design and guide”shows its effectiveness and feasibility.The thesis includes six chapters: the first chapter is introduction; the second chapter is the professional training of preschool education in the secondary vocational school;the third chapter is the analysis of present teaching situation and training problems in the secondary vocational preschool education.The fourth chapter is the construction of the teaching mode of "situational-experiencing" training in the secondary vocational school education.The five chapter is the application example of "situational-experiencing" training teaching mode.The sixth chapter is conclusion and reflection.This paper constructs the "situational-experiencing" training classroom teaching mode to create the situation.In particular, it pay more attention to the experiential learning process of students in the context.Therefore I hope to achieve the seamless connection between vocational training class and preschool institutions,and hope our students go to work have the excellent morality, rich knowledge, excellent skills,become excellent teachers,more hope that the author's research can provide a useful reference for the current preschool education training classroom reform.
