Oral communication ability is the oral expression,communication and communication ability of people in the process of communication.With the development of society and the evolution of the global economy,the communication between people has become more and more frequent,which has a higher requirement on the overall quality of people.Among them,oral communicative competence is one of the essential abilities of today's society,and its importance is becoming more and more prominent.At the same time,with the standardization of professional education,the requirements for professional education are also more refined,and the ability of oral communication is one of the necessary vocational qualities of vocational school students.This is not only a requirement of national policy,but also a requirement for talents.For students majoring in pre-school education,it is more important to cultivate oral communication skills due to the particularity of future career.However,as far as the actual situation is concerned,in the case of high density,the level of oral communication is generally not high in pre-school education professional students.There are many reasons for this situation,both subjective and subjective,poor psychological quality,low self-quality,not willing to say,etc.There is also a lack of emphasis on education system,shortage of teaching resources,unclear teaching objectives,and lack of quality of teachers.Due to the situational,interactive and complex characteristics of oral communication training,oral communication teaching is much broader and more complicated than other teaching methods.In contrast to other majors,pre-school education majors have their own special advantages in both professional and practical opportunities.Therefore,based on the principle of actual departure,we should explore the causes,find out the crux,and actively explore effective oral communication teaching strategies and methods.After a few years of exploring practice,we can develop a new strategy for oral communication.On the micro level,students' oral communication ability and Chinese level are fully developed,so that their overall mental outlook and cultural literacy are greatly improved.Give full play to the language discipline advantage,many rich teaching resources,create the environment of suitable for oral communication training,combined with their own situation,through various channels to improve teachers' professional quality,this is the precondition of cultivating students' oral communication ability;It is an effective way to communicate and cooperate with professional teachers to explore active and effective oral communication training plan and to update oral communication training mode on the basis of practice.To give full play to the role of teaching evaluation,combining teaching practice to create scientific oral teaching evaluation is a strong guarantee of oral communication training.On specific training means,should make full use of modern teaching means such as multimedia,on the basis of putonghua training,training of psychological quality and thinking ability training,communication skill training.In practice,the training method is integrated into the implementation of training strategy.Integrated use of literature in the process of specific research method,case law,questionnaire survey,action research method,etc.,based on the connotation of oral communication ability,special significance for preschool education professional technical secondary school students,the countermeasure and specific training methods and so on several aspects.
