In the study of Chinese as a foreign language classroom, the students’classroom participation is one of important factors. Students’ participating situation in the Chinese classroom not only directly affect the efficiency of classroom teaching, but also related to the individual cognition and development of learning Chinese. Therefore, according to their own teaching experience, the author use high school students in Thailand Trang province as the object, making observation records and interviews after class. Through the investigation of the Thai students Chinese class participation situation to analysis its status and influence factors of class participation.On the basis of observation records and interviews, the author thinks that the factors of affecting Thai students to participate in the Chinese classroom centered around the cognitive factors, emotional factors, the relationship between teacher and students four categories. In details, the students keep long and lasting attention to the classroom, the basis of the original Chinese level and learning habits will affect students’ cognitive development in Chinese learning; Positive emotional attitude and clear motive target will improve students’ enthusiasm to participate in class; Charisma of teachers, teaching methods and the interaction between teachers and students to keep the students in the classroom study shows the important influence of actively participate in state; In addition, class culture and class organization form to a certain extent is an important factor to improve students participate in class interest, create a good classroom atmosphere aspect has important influence. The author will use the influence factors of the analysis of the arrangement, classification and analysis as the breakthrough point, to put forward the improving measures and strategies of the participating of Thai Chinese middle school students in the classroom.
