In order to adapt to the developments of the country and students,the new curriculum reform of our country to change the status that educational management is too dense, has established three level curriculum management system——national curriculum,local curriculum and school curriculum. Among them, as the intermediate link, the local curriculum plays an important role in connecting the national curriculum and school-based curriculum. However, in the specific implementation, the local curriculum has become the weakest link, still having many problems, epecially Chinese is a subject with the unity of humanity and instrumental, ignoring the hidden value in the development and utilization of local curriculum. Local curriculum has regional characteristics, development of a local curriculum resources can effectively mining of local culture. Zaozhuang has broad and profound culture with a long history, having the good foundation of being local Chinese curriculum resources. This thesis focuses on the problems of Zaozhuang local Chinese curriculum resource’development and utilization,in,seeking for the effective implementation of the local curriculum resources, exploring the characteristics of Zaozhuang curriculum resources, making it better for the teaching service.The thesis is divided into four parts:the first part is the definition and analysis of the concept of local curriculum resources, including the concept of curriculum resources, Chinese curriculum resources, local Chinese curriculum resource,Zaozhuang local Chinese curriculum resource, and analysis the differences between the concept of local curriculum,national curriculum and school-based curriculum. The second part is the investigation of the current situation of Zaozhuang local Chinese curriculum resource’s development and utilization, using the questionnaire and the interview to sum up the problems in the process of development and utilization of Zaozhuang local Chinese curriculum resources:scattered, non language and surface. The third part is the potential analysis of Zaozhuang local Chinese curriculum’s development and utilization. This part focuses on the type,value and characteristics of Zaozhuang local curriculum resources development and utilization. The last part puts forward some reasonable suggestions of exploitation and utilization of Zaozhuang local Chinese curriculum,including the way and mode of course construction, course construction model in accordance with the oral communication, reading, composition, comprehensive learning, and put forward the construction scheme in the four aspects.I hope that this paper about study on the construction of the Zaozhuang local Chinese curriculum, can not only make up for the deficiency of national teaching material, and can effectively improve the school-based curriculum content. Through this research, a model is proposed for the Zaozhuang local Chinese curriculum resource’s development and utilization, to explore the construction of Chinese curriculum mode, drawing attention to the Chinese local curriculum resources in the actual teaching, to change the traditional teaching methods, it can industry fresh vitality for the Zaozhuang Chinese education as well.
